This privacy policy explains how Winter Consulting ("we", "us") collects and processes your personal data when you use the Omni-Intelligence TA Maturity Self-Assessment on our website.

What data we collect
When you complete the self-assessment, we collect the following information:
- First name
- Work email address
- Job title
- Company name
- Your assessment scores (12 elements, each scored 1-5)
- Your overall maturity level
- Which services you expressed interest in (program, consulting, model)
- Timestamp of submission
Why we collect it
We process your data for the following purposes:
- To generate and display your personalised maturity results
- To follow up on services you have explicitly expressed interest in (Head of TA Accelerator Program, consulting, or the maturity model)
- To improve the assessment tool based on aggregated, anonymised usage patterns
Legal basis
We process your data based on your explicit consent, which you provide by checking the consent box before submitting the assessment (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Where your data is stored
Your data is transmitted to Google Sheets (Google Ireland Limited) via a secure webhook for storage and processing. Google acts as a data processor on our behalf. Google's data processing terms apply: https://cloud.google.com/terms/data-processing-addendum
How long we keep it
We retain your data for a maximum of 24 months after submission. You can request deletion at any time (see below).
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Rectification: Ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Erasure: Ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Restriction: Ask us to restrict processing of your data
- Data portability: Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Withdraw consent: Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal

Cookies and tracking
This website uses the LinkedIn Insight Tag for advertising purposes. This tag collects anonymised data about page visits to enable retargeted advertising on LinkedIn. No personal data from the assessment is shared with LinkedIn. You can opt out of LinkedIn tracking at https://www.linkedin.com/psettings/guest-controls/retargeting-opt-out
Third-party sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Data is only processed by Google (as described above) and LinkedIn (anonymised page visit tracking only).

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this page.
